Ashkanasy tops division again
The Athletics Victoria cross country season continued yesterday (Sunday) with the running of the Albert Park 10K road race.
Club cross country champion 49 year old Zac Ashkanasy keeps excelling, winning his age group (45-49) in the outstanding time of 32 min 57 sec!
Len Bryer also ran well (55-59) clocking 43 min 46 sec.
Olympian Jemima Montag race walked her 10K in a PB racewalk time of 41 min 49 sec – Jemima is in fine form leading up to the World Championships to be held in Budapest in August.
Maccabiah Games representative Andrea de Jong ran exceptionally well also recording a PB of 37 min 28sec. and we noticed Nick Hershan ran a great race with a time of 33 min 07 sec.
